Kaoru Yamamoto has over 20 years of HR experience in the UK and Japan and has held leadership positions for over 10 years in the life sciences and technology industry. Currently, she is CHRO for Pacifico Energy (PEK), responsible for building and driving a high -performance culture. She was part of the M & A team charged with carving out the offshore wind business from PEK and establishing SSE Pacifico KK in October 2021. She also manages all HR for SSE Pacifico. Prior to joining PEK, she was the first international HR director for Netflix in 2015. She’s a graduate of the School of Commerce, Meiji University, and also studied HR Management at a post-graduate level at the Metropolitan University (UK).
